Just recently back from this, our first coach tour and first trip to Europe. It was wonderful, and so were our travelling companions. If any of you are on this board, please post so we can exchange photos. I will also post a Tour Tale before too long.

This is a relly good "intro to Europe" trip -- almost everyone on our bus was a first time visitor to Europe. It is a very full itinerary with little downtime, but that's the only way you can cover everything in 2 weeks. Many of the folks from Australia combined this trip with another one, or with their own free time in London and/or Paris. I do recommend adding some extra time at both ends -- the tour itself does not spend much time in London or Paris, and there is so much to see/do there. Since you are leaving shortly, I will endeavour to get my tale posted ASAP so you can see my tips / suggestions/ etc. By the way, one of the main reasons I booked this trip was to meet Aussies and I was delighted with the wonderful folks we met from all across your fine country. You have such a great reputation as good / fun people to travel with, and everyone on our coach met and exceeded my hopes!

Yes we are combining this trip with another one. We are touring the Uk after one night stopover in London, then at the end of it all we are spending an extra few nights in London to see the sights. Also our son is backpacking in France & we plan to meet up with him in Paris, maybe under the Eifel Tower? How exciting!

I just finished typing up a list of tips, then lost them! So I will just say, do every option that appeals to you, buy anything you see that you really like (you will regret it when you get home otherwise), and try to get emails and photos of your tour mates, as we did not have an official group photo at any point. It is a great tour, with a lot of bus time so not too exhausting. Have a great trip!!!
