My moosh and I will arrive at Pulkovo II (LED) Saturday afternoon (9/19) and have a transfer arranged with our hotel on Vasilievsky Island. We will rendezvous with the rest of the tour group Sunday evening (9/20) for drinks per the brochure. If anyone else will be in the area and wants to meet up we'd be happy to make your acquaintance.

Thank you for your offer. Did you receive anything from Insight before you left for your tour and if so how long before you left for your tour did you receive it? I'm booked on Easy Pace Russia in 2 weeks but haven't heard anything. I keep imagining showing up at the airport and there's no reservation or better yet I get to Russia and don't have any place to stay. |

firebird, I haven't done this tour, but of the other Insight tours I have done, my docs all arrived at the travel agent's office about 3 or 4 weeks before the tour. I think you should contact your TA immediately, and get the TA to contact Insight right away if nothing has arrived.

fIREBIRDGordon has given you the same answer that I would give you, You should already receive all the papers from your Travel Agent, so my sugestion call your Agent right away. And also did you know about the Russian Visa? I got my before left home but I beleive lots of people got in the Tour By the Tour Director. Hope you have a great time. Russia is Beautiful. |

The documents were at the travel agency but the agent who we made the arrangements through is no longer working there so no one alerted us to their arrival. I've got them now. We also have the Russian visas.
