I use a Apple MAC rather than a PC I would very much like to post my tour tale can I post using PDF ?

I'm not sure if you can.

If you find that you can't you could email the pdf file to me at ttangata@hotmail.com and I could then convert it to a Word document and post it on your behalf.

the way to post your tour tale as a PDF file is to simply use the "Add Attachment?" command near the bottom of the edit window. The limitation with this approach is that there is a maximum file size for attachments that the system allows which is 300KB. If that is a problem then you could split the original PDF file into a few PDF files and put them in separate posts to the same topic.
