We're booked on the Treasures of Spain, Portugal & Morocco starting in Madrid on May 13. Will there be an optional tour available for the Prado museum? Alternatively, is there time on day 16 (the Grenada to Madrid drive) when we arrive back in Madrid to squeeze in a few hours at the Prado? I realize there is the afternoon of Day 17, but I thought I would go along on one of the advertized optionals then.

Hi Philip, welcome to the board.

My wife and I are on the same tour as yourself but leaving one week earlier on May 6.

The Prado is not included in the list of options available but I see in the itinerary that it suggests you could visit the Prado in your free afternoon on day 16.


Here is a shortcut to take you to the list of optionals for Treasures of S,P&M. Just remember that not all optionals will necessarily be offered by your TD.
