I would be worried if I haven't received my documents with only 1 week before departure. I like to get the documents early so I can review them for any errors. I would be contacting my TA every day to inquire about the documents.

I have been in contact reguarly with our TA, and with Easter it makes things even more difficult with the extra days publis holidays.
I too like to be very organized and this is very frustrating. Can't do much but sit and wait. Will definately post stories when we return.

we are planning to take the Best if Italy tour September 25th and would like to know a little bit about what we should expect....what to wear, how is the food, hotels etc...we are really excited about this trip

Hello all,
To echo the comments of Long Term Aussie's daughter - I have never had anyone missing from my tour list when I go out because of missing documents. Everyone sems to turn up with them!!

We have our tour documents finally!! We leave on Sat. for 2 months. Thanks everyone over the past 12 months for their advice and suggestions, will report back in June.
