Has anyone had trouble registering online? I have tried several times and it says it can't find my booking. Deposit has been paid - do we have to pay the full amount before we can do the fast track?

I haven't tried it yet, but have not received a tour number or booking number yet. I received the auto email from Insight for my second tour but not for the BB tour. Suspect they do not have it in the "system" with appropriate numbers yet. I was holding off in any event as was concerned that it would just get lost in the system over the next ten months. Let us know if you succeed. I haven't made full payment yet as the Insight office my TA uses has been hit by the flu and does not have the staff to do the paperwork. They are nice enough to extend the appropriate discounts until they are able to catch up. Suppose to be by Friday.

I have a booking number but I guess it is too early, although they say to do it the earlier the better. I will hold off for a couple of months.

Hi Chris, I have used the online registration/check-in, successfully in 2007 and 2008 BUT I didn't register until about 2 months out from the tour. Could even have been closer. Looking forward to travelling with you & Jim again. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Pauline, |

I have used the Fast Track Registration about 5 times now and on each occasion, like Pauline, I only registered about a month before departing Australia for the tours.
The important thing is to print out a copy when you register and then take it with you when you go. On every occasion we have had to give the copy to the TD. |
