Has anyone else been researching our proposed itinerary and discovered there are cave churches in Ohrid?
Realise there is always a surfeit of church visits on tours [for some never enough, for others a groan of 'not another...'] Just thought this might be something different to see a -little like eating in a troglodyte cave in France. There is one situated just 2 kms from Ohrid so not a long way out. Maybe a taxi ride for a few instead of organised for all...just a thought. |

Thanks Bellbird for the information. Sounds very interesting. I'm trying not to get too excited about the tour until I know dates and price to make final go or no go decision. As I am not a heavy researcher, I appreciate this kind of information. Keep it up.
