suggest that you send out a summary of what is happening with the selection of another BB members tour with links to this voting topic and the topic with the itineraries of the shortlisted tours to those who have signed up on the Insight websites to receive newsletters, etc.

Margaret,

I don't know what is planned this time but there were 64 votes cast on tour choice for the 2007/08 BB tour (see Insight Suggestions). So far, there have only been 26 votes cast for the next tour with the two most favoured tours separated by only one vote. Maybe they will need to run two BB tours in 2010? Wink

Dear BBers

We will let the poll run for a while longer as our global teams are currently advising past Insight guests via e-newsletters etc.

Once we have a clearer idea of interest we will be able to make more definite arrangements as to which tour will run and when.

Thats interesting... I am a past Insight traveller and I do not receive an e-newsletter and I am interested in this tour. Lucky I access this most useful bulletin board but I know a lot of fellow travellors on our tour did not know this site existed which is a shame. I wonder whether they all receive the e-newsletter???

Hi Sharon,

to sign up for the Insight Newsletter, you need to go to the Insight website and on the left hand side of the page, under the heading "Participate", you will see the option: Newsletter Sign-up.

Note: the above links are for the Australian website. I am not sure whether there are similar links on all of the other Insight websites.

Thanks Phil. Wouldn't you think that it would be all part of Insight's follow up to their customers the same as letting people know who have made an Insight booking about this valuable blog.
