Yes Jen, the tour was removed from the list overnight - like you, I am obsessed with checking. Our travel agent is leaving for an overseas holiday on Friday, so I am pleased I discovered the cancellation before she left. We can't really make new plans until we know something definite about our second tour. Our TA is investigating for us, but I guess there may not be anything more definite than you were told. I will let you know. I expect to hear something tomorrow. A new adventure awaits us, just no idea where it will be! In the meantime, I'm so focussed on the definite departure to Turkey, I almost don't need to go. I've read every tour tale on the BB, and checked out all the wonderful photos. My thanks to all the contributors, it is keeping me sane while I wait.

Hi Nelligan & Wren, I do hope you receive some good news very soon. I still check the BB each day to see if you have got any news for your tours, even though we are one of the lucky ones who finally had our tour confirmed.
Just picked up our tickets from the TA and have registered online (without any problems).
It all seems to becoming a reality very fast now that we can see our travel documents in our hands - its the WOW this is really happening!
Nelligan - spoke to Chris who thought it was really funny that we new each other from this BB - just goes to show how the internet really does make the world a much smaller place now.
Trying to get the Tamaflu tablets now that this hysteria is taking over the world, we are seeing our doctor next week to get prescriptions for the tablets but not too many pharmacies have the medication anyway - they are all on back order. The conflicting media reports are confusing as there is a supposed adequate supply - but 3 pharmacies I've contacted are awaiting their delivery and have no way to confirm if they will get their stock. Oh well - just have to roll with the flow - not easy for me, but I'm trying to be very calm.

Deanne, I'll be very interested in the advice you receive from your doctor about the flu tablets. We had been to a travel doctor just before swine flu hit the news. We'll check with our GP when next we visit.
