Just wondering if anyone has returned from this Tour recently and can provide a little Insight, (get it!), into this tour. Ourselves and friends are leaving on the 4 Sept 09 trip and are really looking forward to it.

Scooby Steve. So nice to see European Spotlight mentioned in the BB. I always wonder why it doesn't seem to be a popular tour. We did it May 2008 and my Tour Tale is there for you to read. Hope it helps. Also, I'm thinking that a fellow BB'er Donnie has just returned from the Spotlight. So, Donnie, how was the trip?

we did this tour june 2008 it is an excellent tour kinda hurried at first then the two night stays help alot but i would highly recommend this tour

Just got back from this 5/7/09 tour. Went from European Spotlight onto Athens for Mediterranean Fables. Couldn't speak highly enough of European Spotlights and the tour director, Irena. Great group of people and we had a wonderful time. Agree with others, it started out a bit rushed but once the two day stops kicked in, it was great.

We did European Spotlight in 2007 and it was excellent. Yes- it was rushed at the beginning but settled into a more relaxed pace after Mannheim.
We are off on the European Classic next week and our tour director is Irena Tymruk. Is this the same director you had on your tour? Were you happy with what was offered?

You are very lucky. Irena Tymruk is the same tour director we had on European Spotlight. Irena went out of her way to ensure that we all had a wonderful time. You won't be disappointed.
