Not so much places, but events. Absolutely loved The Christmas Markets tour of Bavaria and Alsace. Also, (althought not with Insight) loved Russia, the sites are so different from anything else I have experienced in elsewhere Europe - the art, the music - towns and cities are fabulous. Having said that, Jordan remains a special favourite. So now for me, two more trips starting in just over two weeks (both Insight) to see new places. So I guess watch this space - but, do think of Russia!

Planning on Egypt in 2009!
My favorite trip was to China. AWESOME!

You will love Egypt I am off in October 2008, for the second time loved it so much last year.

It will be with you forever, make sure you take the tour that has 7 days along the nile. It is very relaxing, Last year I went on the Splenders of Egypt, this year the Grand tour of Egypt.

Thanks Josie for the information on Egypt. I was thinking of The Wonders of Egypt combined with the Insight trip to Jordan.
