I know this has been discussed in other areas on the BB but I thought I'd just add my experience to the board. We just received out documents from our TA and have registered for Wonders of Egypt tour, I had no problem at all with registering. I assume any problems may have been addressed by Insight and rectified - not really due to any exceptional computing skill on my behalf!!

The online registration didn't work for me. I got an error message on about the fourth page, and couldn't proceed. When I tried to start over, it said it did not recognize the user name I had created. But when I tried to start over with that user name, it said the name was already taken. So, it was either taken by me on my failed attempt to register, or someone else took it in the few minutes I was trying to register. I didn't feel like going through the entire process all over again, so I figured either I got far enough that the tour director will have the data, or I will do it the old fashioned way. If there is a number for technical assistance, I did not see it on the forms.

Hi Bob,
I had no trouble with the on line registration but did have a query for Insight as it would not let me register for two separate tours. Once I had done the first one it wouldnt let me in again saying that it was already complete.
I sent an email to Insight:
Insight Vacations - customers@insightvacations.com.au
and they were prompt in answering my query via email. It turned out that the facility only lets you register one tour at a time. The information then goes onto the next tour or they will get us to re register anyway!

This is an option if you want to double check what may have happened.
I know that members of the BB are divided in their opinions as to the need to register this way. I thought it would be good to see how effective it is at the other end. Sorry I dont know specifics for you.
