We are considering London, Paris & Rome - June 27th. Our first vacation with Insight. Any comments from people that have taken this tour??Thank you.

We're going the following week. As much as I would like to hear some feedback, I doubt we'll get much sense this is basically an independent tour. We are only planning on taking the bus trip in Rome. We'll be skipping the ones in Paris and London.

Interesting. If you don't mind me asking, why take the tour through Insight then? Did you find that the hotel package and having Insight take care of the transportation and transfers was more convenient? Or perhaps it was cheaper than planning it yourself (or through your travel agent?)

I'm curious because I'm planning on doing the same tour myself.

Simple economics......

I had my travel agent attempt to book hotels, air, Eurostar to Paris, overnight train to Rome, and all the transfers.

As hard as she tried, she couldn't get the pricing anywhere near the price I got from Insight through affordabletours.com.
