I don't follow the logic of adding 12%. If people tip in US$s then the TD's tips in their home currency (Euros or Sterling) is reduced as a result of the weak Dollar, not increased.


When you travel, remember that a foreign country is not designed to make you comfortable. It is designed to make its own people comfortable.
