I have this disease. It's called pride. I care about my appearance both at work and on holiday!!
Some people might like to look like wrinklies who just go out of bed - if that is their choice, then each to his own, but don't criticise me for wanting to look presentable! |

Personally I don't care what other people think BUT I do care about what I think. I agree with Gennevive on this one. |

Wow! Let me put my head back on
Obviously some people are passionate about this issue. Don't get me wrong, I care about the way I look also but there are REALLY early mornings on these tours and as the days go by you will savour every moment you get to sleep in. I was just on the European Heritage tour so spent a total of 6 weeks away and believe me after the first few days of getting up (sometimes in the dark) there's no way I was getting up to primp any earlier than I had to. |

I personally just air dry my hair. The one on the left is a little longer than the one on the right, so the right one dries 0.35 of a second faster. And so, my opinion as a result of personal experience is no blow drier is needed.

I rarely include myself in any pictures, but for the few that I do, I'd prefer to look half decent - including my hair.
During this last trip, Britian and Ireland Explorer, I basically gave up! Between the constant on again of again rain we had for a week, I just let the hair do what it wanted. I have a wonderful pic of me by Stonehenge with the wind blowing the hair right in my face - and that was the best pic I could get. |

I was away six weeks too, and also had early morning starts.
I guess it is what you are used to. At home I get up at 4.45am everyday for work, so to sleep in until 5.30am on tour was a treat, and I still had time to get up and do my hair, and take a walk almost every morning before breakfast. My motto is - you sleep enough when you are dead, so as in the Bon Jovi song - live while you are alive, sleep when you're dead!!! True, true, wake up and see the sunrise and smell the roses!! |

solittletime, just think, if we all agreed about everything, what a boring place the world would be. I'm just grateful that I have hair to blow dry. Infotrack, you are the lucky one. |
