If you leave an Insight tour early and intend to make an insurance claim, ask your guide to complete the appropriate document for you to take with you.
My husband and I had to abandon a tour of Turkey in June, and didn't know about the document. We have only just submitted our insurance claim because it took 12 weeks to get written evidence from Insight in lieu of the form from the guide. I should add that our guide was just wonderful getting us to an airport to fly home. Nelligan |
