Hi Anne, Yes Windsor is in NSW about 60KM from Sydney in the shadow of the Blue Mountains. This is our first tour of this type and one we have been planning for a long time. We are dooing a UK tour with Trafalgar before this one and then returning to London for 6 days. We really hope to make some good friends on the trip. Just so you dont think we are NSW snobs we spent a long time living in Melbourne and really enjoy visiting.

Hi Paul and Jan. My name is Chris and my husband is Geoff we are also on the Romantic European Tour on the 4th October.We are from Bulleen in Victoria its about 10 ks from Melbourne. We are flying to Sydney on the 1st and having a stopover in Singapore overnight and catching the flight from Singapore on the 2nd. We will stay overnight pre and post tour at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel.

Great to hear from you. We spent 8 years living in Melbourne so we know our way around pretty well. Moved back to NSW in 1998. We are leaving on 24 Sep and doing a Trafalgar tour of the UK before the Insight tour. We will be staying at the Park Plaza the night before so we can catch up then. I have been in contact with some other people from Melbourne who are also on our tour. We are so excited we can't wait. Even the Grand Final wont get in the way of our trip.

Hi Chris and Geoff, welcome to BB, so glad to hear from you, looking forward to a wonderful trip, Graeme and I and our friends Brenda and David will be leaving Melbourne on Grand final Eve to fly to Athens for the Meditteranean Dreams Tour (can't think of a better way to ease into a holiday cruising the greek islands!), and then flying to London arriving later in the afternoon of 3 October. As we will only be in London o/night before the tour starts, staying at the pre-tour hotel, we are thinking of heading to a British Pub for bangers and mash, maybe a quick trip to Harrods which is fairly close by, and doing the London by Night bus tour (7.30pm or 9.30 pm) to see the sites illuminated.
