John, this blog is a great idea, hopefully something like this can be started on the Trafalgar site. Too bad you were on the East coast of the U.S. as I live in the Los Angeles area and we have 80F degree weather right now.

I am excited to hear what a real Insight insider has to say and think it's great that BB's have someone who will actually "listen" and take note of comments regarding Insight. I will be taking my first tour in July and have chosen Insight because of their reputation. I look forward to your future posts.
