I'm curious about the meeting in April. Are all the TDs invited (presumably yes) and what happens if they can't appear? Are there webcam links for those who are maybe working?

What kind of turnover do you have in TDs? I know a company in Australia sends its new TDs out on tour with experienced ones - how does Insight go about training theirs? No I'm not going to apply for a job but I would like to know how people end up working with Insight (maybe I should have thought of those questions when you ran the TD hotline).

Thank you for your question!

All TDs are invited to the pre season meeting; however it is inevitable that some are not able to attend; mainly due to being on the road with Insight tours!

Those TDs who are working are kept abreast with private meetings pre or post main meeting.

Insight TDs really are among the best in the business. All of our TDs have had previous work experience; normally an average of at least 10 years before they are employed by Insight. So they are already experienced in their field before they join us!

Thanks for the reply. Having been on a number of Insight tours I would agree that some of your TDs are excellent, some are good and one who no longer works for you was neither of those things.
