Attention: John - Moderator
Hi John,

the manner in which you are posting John Boulding's Blog posts does present a potential ambiguity. Whilst the forum sub-text ("Find out more about day to day activities at Insight with John Boulding, Insight Travel Group's President/CEO.") is quite clear as to its contents, when you open the forum, there is one topic in which you find one post (posted by John - Moderator) with a growing number of inputs embedded, each one signed by "John".

In a message on another BB, I noticed that the poster had come to the conclusion that Insight's CEO was moderating this BB. Elsewhere someone else seemed to believe that this was the Moderator's Blog.

Perhaps you could include a bolded and coloured heading at the top of each of John Boulding's messages saying something like:

"Posted on behalf of John Boulding, President and CEO of Insight Vacations"

I would also suggest that you break this blog message into separate topics, with the date in their titles. Otherwise, just imagine in a year's time how long this message is going to be and the potential problems if you reach the maximum BB message page length (as I found when I used to have all the Tour Tale links in one message).

Dear Phil,

Thank you for your comments.

Just to be clear - 'John - Moderator' is the moderator of this BB (please see link 'Who Are the Moderators') which identifies who 'John' is.

John Boulding is the CEO of Insight Vacations and whilst he is a regular visitor and contributor to this board - he does not have the time to moderate the board and therefore is NOT the Moderator of this board.

I can assure you that John Boulding does write his own blog, hence his sign off as 'John' but it is 'John Moderator' who posts it on the board.

The structure of the blog was designed based on feedback and research into other successful online blogs as it allows people to follow John's activities without having to click into numerous different posts which would loose the thread of reading them.

I have however passed your comments onto John Boulding and will continue to monitor the structure of this blog as it continues.

Kind Regards
John

John Moderator, I agree with Phil. It was a bit confusing to me at first as to which John is which.
Add to that that my name is also John and you can see just how confused I can become. lol I did finally figure it out, but as Phil mentioned some on another bb thought you were one in the same. I appreciate that John B. even takes the time to have an active interest in this bb. I am assuming that since you are doing the actual posting that someone, John B. or another, writes his blog, and sends it to you for posting. Maybe you could end his entries with John B. (posted by bb moderator).
Thank you for all your hard work, and John B. for his interest in this bb.
BTW, your picture does not load for me. I am running Windows Vista. Anything I should do?

Happy Trails!!

John. not sure where this post should be so I chose this forum as the most likely to get a response. For the past three years we and a couple from Australia, friends we made on our GT of E in 2006 and traveled to Turkey together with Insight in 2007, have been wanting to do a tour of Israel and Jordan. Unfortunately Insight and TT have Egypt and Jordan but not this combination and we don't want to travel with another company. So my question is, Is there any possibility that an Israel/Jordan tour is in the making by Insight. Having to book both and the timing, although both are conveniently timed to meld together, is a problem.
