We are going on this tour leaving Aug 30 and was wondering if anyone has done it and what optional excursions they would recommend.

just finished this tour 2nd August absolutely fantastic montreal river cruise you could take or leave it concrete walls around port area and in river and back your call, in Bar Harbour the cruises where cancelled the day we where there because of the weather zero visibality unable to comment, everything else was very good, in Boston do the Cheers dinner was really good, we had Linda as tour director and Ron as coach driver and they where excellent probaly the best you will every get antwhere have agreat time!

Hey Janine - Sheau Quim here - I did the tour with you on 30 August and went to the Hair broadway show in NY with you and Mike.
Hope all is well. I had a fantastic trip and thanks for keeping me company with dinners and at the gym. I had fun. Say hi to Mike. I've kept in contact with Catherine (from Sydney) and her sister in law (Christine from Bathurst) who were also on the trip. And Gwynne contacted me through this forum.
