Hi Max
Like you, I have always recommended Insight, we have done 5 tours, and all were enjoyable, however: We recently completed the Northern Capitals & Russ. and Moscow was a disaster. We had our hotels changed twice, then ended up 30km & 2 hours travel out of Moscow, in a disgusting hotel.This was for 3 days! We tried continuously to contact Insight, all 38 of us commplained on our evaluation sheet, but no word from Insight! I think this might be our last tour with them! MadRegards.

Thank you very much for all your feedback regarding your touring experiences.

We welcome all comments from both past and future travelers, as this valuable input helps us to continually maintain and improve our touring series.

With regard to the two individuals who have commented on specific tours, we feel these issues are better addressed on an individual basis and our regional offices have been notified and are currently dealing with these cases.
