Since Tangata and Madam are preparing to leave for a tour prior to ours - and hopefully Tuffet + Garth also?? -- I went back to see what we had written months ago.

At that time, we had said that we would meet in the lobby of the Arabella Sheraton Offenbach at 5:30 p.m. on the evening of the 20th - and then see what follows.

I know the men don't always like "details," but I did buy some cheap "stick on your shirt" name tags to use just briefly. I will bring them for that evening. (If you don't want to wear one, NO ONE will make you!)

We shall just look for a group of Insightful looking people.

What a great idea September, so please remember that Paul and I don't arrive until late that evening so we wont see you all until the next morning so it would be great if you wore your stickers at breakfast.

Yes September, Garth & I leave for our Highlights of Spain tour on 5th August. We spend one night in Sydney as our airport is often closed by fog at this time of the year.

We return to Frankfurt on 17th August, then join you at the Sheraton on the 20th. The name tags are a good idea. Of course we'll have an advantage as we know what you look like so can make a beeline for you to get our tags.

I've still got my name tag from the tour that I did last year. I'll try to remember to bring it along.
I'm hoping to meet Puff & Mrs Puff in Sydney on the 19th, as we are on the same flight to Singapore and then from Singapore to Frankfurt and in Frankfurt, our flight arrives about the same time as Patrick and Tully and her friend arrive from Canada, so there will possibly be a gang of 6 meeting early on the morning of the 20th.

We might be able to leave a message for you at the desk (handwritten with your key) to give you an update on any plans --- like MAYBE the breakfast plans. I hate to admit the truth, but I am always one of the FIRST at the breakfast line. Yep!

These name tags are just the kind that you peel off the back and they hopefully stick for the first time. I'll bring enough for each of us to have two! Plus some black markers for writing on them! Pauline, you said once you were going to wear a yellow hat!

For the USA people, I sent an email to "contact us" and I got a notice from the California office that our documents will be put in the mail near the end of the week of July 21 and we should have them by July 31.

I remember that you folks are staying at another hotel, but will you be able to come to the "informal gathering" at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th --- all things being equal and going as planned. (Whatever that is!!!)
