I received my documents on Friday but I am in Northern California so maybe it was just faster to get to me. I would give the Insight office a call just to make sure as mine had been hung up in the system.

My friend said that Claus was telling her group abut his upcoming trips and mentioned ours because it was going to Salzburg and he is Austrian.

Yes, I got my documents on Friday. If you call California, ask to speak specifically to Alicia, no one else. If she isn't there, ask to leave a message. She is the one familiar with our tour.

To weigh in on B,D - I wonder if someone was a bit confused for people arriving on August 21. You will still be on your plane when a "airplane breakfast" is served. I doubt that they will be saving a breakfast for your arrival mid-morning. Would be nice though, wouldn't it!!!

For those of us who have arrived early, I am going to "assume" - (always dangerous to do) that breakfast comes with the extra night's price that we paid.

Topmom, you indicate you have the CA phone number. Wongjai, if your documents don't arrive today (Tuesday), put a note on the BB and I'll send you the phone number. They sent them by UPS so they have a tracking number out there.

Yes, I'll call Insight's 800 number today if I don't get the docs and be sure to ask for Alicia. But it does take a bit longer to get to the East Coast.

You are being very kind to UPS! My packet was just lying on my porch. I did not have to sign for it.

I really wonder what happened to your packet. It's small, white, flat package - nothing big. Cy-d, Katinwa, and I got ours and you and Wongjai didn't. Crazy.

Last evening, I spoke with Alicia, who's really nice. She did the UPS tracking that showed the package in transit with a Wednesday, Aug. 6, delivery.

I'm so happy you got to talk directly to Alicia! Now don't get too excited about the package. There really isn't anything in there that you don't already know!

The UPS man comes here around 10:30 a.m. so hope yours is early too. Oh, the simple things in life!!!
