We didn't do a lot in Singapore as we have been there 15 or 16 times and it was really just a stoppover to break the journey home. We always fly straight through when going to Europe but usually break the journey coming home.

The day we arrived (6.30am) we walked down and had a ride on the Singapore Flyer then went over to Sentosa to see what changes had been made in the past couple of years. There is massive construction work taking place there as they are building a new resort and Universal Studios. While we were there we went back to Fort Siloso again and in the evening watched the Laser show Songs of the Sea.

Next day we had a bit of a walk and a bumboat ride on the river and that was about it. We checked out of our hotel at 4pm and were picked up at 4.15pm to transfer to the airport for our flight home.
