Hi Max. The reason behind my nickname "Wicked Witch is a long story but to keep it short, I was given that by the bestman at my son's wedding. I had quite a busy night on the eve of the wedding chasing 1 groom and 4 groomsmen up the strret at midnight to try and coax them into coming home to go to bed!! The name has since stuck ,and I also now collect witches - have quite a vast array from all over the world. Even my little granchildren athink I'm a witch (in a loving way!!) All in fun and luckily I have a sense of humour.

I went to Berlin and Munich in December, 2004. The temperatures were a few degrees above freezing each day. So, I got pretty cold during a walking tour in Berlin, but otherwise, going from store to store or sight to sight was not so bad. The light for taking pictures was poor; largely overcast skies and dark by around 4:00 p.m. But the Christmas displays are nice. I loved the gluhwein! The fried potatoes were, of course, greasy. It's a lot of fun, though!
