Hello

I was booked on the higligest of europe departing 19 dec, which I was only informed last week was cancelled, Im now booked on he winter explorer departing 18 dec.
anyone out there in the same boat?

I'm not in the same boat, but a similar one. I had Christmas Markets of Scandanavia cancelled but offered a week later. I was curious at the time of booking that there were tours scheduled a day apart, similar to yours. I could understand being a few days apart, as one group would leave the hotel as the next group arrived. But with just a day's difference, everybody would be "crowding" the hotel. I wouldn't presume to tell Insight how to organize tours, but I don't understand that timing.
I wish they offered the same itinerary during the summer season, as I prefer having fewer destinations and longer time at each. Oh, well.

We were booked on a tour on the 3rd January and it was also cancelled - we have looked for tours either side of our dates and apparently they are full. We are really so dissapointed, I specifically choose Insight from the excellent reviews on the discussion board, now I am not sure what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?
