BREAKFAST on Costsaver tours

I noticeed in the Essential brochure that there is a B for breakfast- at the front they say it is Continental-pastries, breads beverages etc. I find it hard to think of 20 -30 days of just this kind of breakfast with no variety- like fruit and protein(eggs. cheese, bacon etc.) and cereals. Anyone know about this firsthand?
Thanks for any input.

Hi Sandry
We went on a cheaper tour with another company and the continental breakfast is exactly what is on offer on these tours. If you cannot cope with this why not buy a breakfast once in a while. I am sure that if you arrange it with the guide/ or hotel you are staying at that you could pay seperately on some days. That is one of the reasons I booked with insight as the little comforts that I like are included.
