How do the airport transfers work? My flight arrives in Rome at 9 a.m. (my flight has been arranged through Insight) According to the brochure, I think the airport pick-up is at 9:30 and 12:30 -- will I have to wait at the airport until 12:30?

It is possible you may have to wait until 12.30 but sometimes flights get in early so you may be lucky. Main thing is not to worry about the airport and transfers as we have a rep at the airport to help you - they will know what is going on and will make the whole process smooth and easy.
