We took that tour 4 years ago and really enjoyed it. We like to do things independently so we did not take all the optionals.
We did not take any in Lisbon, since we wanted to go a museum there on the free afternoon.
We did go to the top of Gibraltar but maybe that is included. We did not go to Cordoba, which I partially regret, but we did not want to go on such a long bus ride.
We did both optionals in Barcelona, the Guell park which we enjoyed and Montserrat which we also very much enjoyed. We were fortunate that our bus was one of the first tour busses there so it had not become crowded yet. I understand it gets very crowded later in the day.
We did also join in the farewell dinner which was very good and enjoyable.
Our favourite optional was on the last day to Segovia.
