Hi there, I am just curious what is the amount of kilos that we are allowed to take on a 2 week trip (Scanadanivian Tour), is the luggage weighed?

Hi Rosy Latin

No they do not weigh your luggage on an Insight Coach Tour however I would keep your weight to the minimum possible within the Insight allowed weights and sizes if for no other reason than consideration for your poor coach driver who has to load and unload 40 odd pieces of luggage on and off the coach each day.

Insights “Booking Conditions and Other Important Information” states:

“Baggage allowance & Porterage: Porterage for one suitcase on tour is included and at arrival or departure from each hotel. Due to limited coach capacity this single bag should have a weight not exceeding 30kg (66lbs) and dimensions not exceeding 77.5cm (30.5in) x 56cm (22in) x 32cm (12.5in). Charges will be levied in the event these limits are exceeded and our promise to transport you as indicated may be invalidated.

- Note: Airlines may restrict check-in baggage to 20kgs per person.”
